Customer Experience, also referred to as CX, was the focus of this marketing campaign. The “relaunch” campaign included this poster which featured customer experience information to stress the importance of customer experience. Making sure the experience is optimized for every customer, at every point, is key to successful customer relationships and is the core to successful relationships.
Role in Project
Lead design and content effort to create this multi-piece campaign. The focus of this poster was to clearly show customer experience statistics and the different channels that make the customer journey successful. The overall campaign elements were also shown, but this piece had more of an infographic feel. Because of the large size, this could be viewed at a distance at tradeshows.
